1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between live777 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the live777 Casino platform available at live777.asia. By completing the registration process, accessing the live777 Login page, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

live777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of live777 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use live777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of live777, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from live777 or any affiliated platform.

live777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) live777 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your live777 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. live777 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your live777 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. live777 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified live777 of unauthorized access.

live777 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on live777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). live777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your live777 account dashboard. live777 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible; most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are completed within the same business day, subject to verification requirements.

live777 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. live777 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

All funds deposited into your live777 account are held for gaming purposes only. live777 does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

live777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. live777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

live777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on live777 — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and crash games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

live777 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers under real-time monitoring. live777 does not manipulate game outcomes. All game results are final once confirmed by the system.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, live777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. live777 reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error. live777 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on live777 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with live777 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the live777 platform, its servers, or its software.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any such gains are void and must be returned.
• Using live777 for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.

live777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the live777 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of live777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from live777 without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of live777 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, live777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

live777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. live777 does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

live777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deducting any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure for breach of Terms.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting live777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. You remain responsible for any activity on your account prior to closure.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to live777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. live777 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or proceeding.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
